The Springfield Road kitchens
DICE Kitchen + Bar sits upstairs on the second floor of Chances Casino Kelowna, next to the Sportsbook Lounge and the Poker Room. It is a casual full-service restaurant and bar. Service runs daily from 11 am to 10 pm. Poker players have the kitchen on the same floor as their tables.
Chips Café opens with the casino at 9 am and serves snacks and full dishes until 11 pm daily. It is also one of two lottery outlets on site, selling Keno, scratch & win and Lotto tickets. A pull-tab machine stands near the café. Chances Bar takes walk-up drink orders from 9 am. Its closing time depends on the day: 11:45 pm Sunday to Wednesday, 12:45 am Thursday to Saturday.
MATCH and the Arcade Bar downtown
MATCH Eatery & Public House is a contemporary sports and entertainment pub inside Playtime Casino Kelowna on Water Street. It was added in the $3.6 million renovation before the grand opening on March 1, 2018. Table games moved to the top floor next to it. The casino does not publish MATCH's opening hours.
The Arcade Bar stands at the centre of the casino floor. It opens at 4 pm, 7 days a week, and runs until close. Encore Rewards members get a discount there by level. Elite and Triple Diamond members receive 15%, while Double Diamond and Diamond members receive 10%. Holiday hours are not published, so a phone call is the check.
